Job Title: Temporary Receptionist/Scheduler

Job Summary:
A Temporary Receptionist/Scheduler is responsible for providing front desk support and coordinating appointments to ensure smooth daily operations within an office setting. This role involves greeting applicants, answering phones, managing schedules, and supporting basic administrative tasks during a short-term staffing need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors and clients professionally, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.

  • Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings for staff.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, and other clerical tasks as needed.

  • Communication: Relay messages accurately and maintain professional communication across all platforms.

  • Record Management: Maintain and update client or appointment records with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful service to all visitors and callers, resolving minor issues or escalating as needed.

  • Office Organization: Help keep front desk and common areas neat, organized, and stocked with supplies.

  • Other Duties: Perform other receptionist or scheduler-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements:
