Job Full Description
Great Company looking for an Accounting Specialist.
Accounting Data entry functions and daily communication with both vendors and/or customers and
handle any questions or issues that arise. Resolve any escalated discrepancies on invoices.
● Perform General Ledger entries ; specifically loans, sweep accounts, distributions.
● Bank reconciliations
● Assist or perform month end and year end close procedures
● Tracking of expenses and obtaining documentation to
support expenses.
● Gather and collect information needed for General Liability and Workers Compensation Audits
● Creating and reviewing state specific month-end for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
by state
● Asset tracking and maintenance of purchase
● Job Costing
● Assist in making hotel reservations for technicians and issuing per diem checks.
