Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Painter for a local supplier servicing industrial and commercial markets. The Painter is responsible for assisting with the paint and fabrication of multiple parts.
Essential Functions
- Coats absorber material using HVLP spray guns with paint pressure pots
- Ensure that the daily production schedule is adhered to and all daily objectives are met
- Able to follow proper company policies and procedures to ensure procedures and compliance requirements are being met
- Work in a team environment, be quality conscious and strive for continuous quality improvement with emphasis with Lean and 5S principles
- Maintain assigned equipment and follow quality standards
- Maintain environmental, health and safety standards as outlined by our EHS department
- Coordinate daily preventative maintenance tasks and perform timely quality checks
- Work with maintenance staff to optimize performance and ensure reliability
Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hr
Schedule:
1st shift- M-F 7:00am-3:30pm
2nd shift- M-F 3:30pm-12:00am
Requirements
- 1 Year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Able to sit, stand, bend and move for long periods of time
- Basic math skills
- HS Diploma or GED
