Job Title: Senior Facilities Technician
Location: Durant, Oklahoma
Pay* $22-$28hr
Job Summary:
Seeking Senior Facilities Technician to join our Facilities team in Oklahoma. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility systems, ensuring safety, functionality, and compliance with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced maintenance and repair on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Monitor building systems to ensure optimal operation

Coordinate and oversee vendor services and contractors

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs

Ensure compliance with OSHA, local, and federal safety regulations

Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment status, and inspections

Assist in facilities projects, relocations, and space planning as needed

Mentor and support junior technicians
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade school preferred)

Minimum 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience

Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Valid driver's license may be required
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Work in varying temperatures and environments

Stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders regularly
Schedule: Full-time M-F 7-3:30pm
