🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Pack products on a fast-moving production line 📦🏃♂️
- Inspect items for quality and consistency
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety and production guidelines 🦺
- Stand for long periods of time (most of shift)
- Maintain a steady workflow to meet production quotas
⭐ Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time ⏱️
- Must NOT have extremely bad allergies or asthma (environment may affect sensitivities) 🌾⚠️
- Ability to work overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays when needed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift small items repeatedly and perform repetitive motion tasks
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude 😄
🎯 Shift & Pay Details
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30am–4:15pm
- Base Pay: $10.50/hr 💵
- Overtime Pay: $15.75/hr (Fridays/Saturdays when offered or required)
- Full-time hire-on opportunities available with additional benefits once hired permanently 🎉
