We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has experience operating large equipment. The right candidate must be comfortable working in hot weather and able to handle physically demanding work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate tractors and brushhogs to mow and maintain large properties
• Perform general lawn maintenance including trimming, edging, and debris removal
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work efficiently outdoors in varying weather conditions, especially high heat
Requirements:
• Experience operating a tractor and brushhog (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work long hours outdoors in hot weather
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Preferred:
• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience
• Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
