Job Full Description
Greet guests promptly and courteously
Present menus and answer questions regarding food and beverage offerings
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
Deliver orders promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality
Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
Process guest payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
Maintain clean and organized dining area, tables, and service stations.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleaning
Follow food safety, health, and sanitation standards
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
Promote specials, events, and marina amenities when appropriate.
