Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Production/Machine Operators for a local tire refurbishment company. The Production associate will be responsible for working in various stations along the refurbishing process.
Essential Job Functions:

Operate and monitor tire refurbishing machinery, ensuring proper functionality

Inspect tires for defects and apply necessary repairs

Follow safety and quality guidelines throughout the refurbishment process

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Pay: $16.50/HR
Schedule: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday - Friday
Requirements:

Previous experience in machine operation or industrial manufacturing preferred

Ability to lift and handle heavy tires safely
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to follow technical procedures

Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes
