What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports
🔹 Managing case files, calendars, and court deadlines
🔹 Coordinating communication with clients, courts, and internal teams
🔹 Scheduling meetings, hearings, and travel as needed
🔹 Assisting attorneys with administrative tasks and legal research
🔹 Handling confidential information with discretion
Shift Time & Pay Rate:
⏰ Shift: Mon–Fri, 8:00AM–5:00PM
💰 Pay: $$20/HR (Based on experience)
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous experience in as a legal secretary
✔ Excellent organization and time management skills
✔ Strong written and verbal communication
✔ Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask
✔ Positive, professional attitude and team spirit
Knowledge & Skills:
📌 Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures
📌 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management software
📌 Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize sensitive tasks
