Pay: $15 Shift: 1st Shift - 5 AM - 1:30 PM with possible OT
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Picker/Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role involves physically demanding work in a hot environment and requires a strong work ethic, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset. Candidates must be reliable and willing to jump in wherever needed to meet fulfillment goals. Candidates are required to have recent work history with 2+ years of longevity to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

Use pick lists and packing lists to accurately fulfill customer orders.

Pack products into boxes, crates, or containers using appropriate materials (Styrofoam, paper, plastic, etc.).

Count and verify items before final packing and shipment.

Ensure all items on packing lists are included and correctly labeled.

Utilize various warehouse equipment such as barcode scanners, hand trucks, carts, labeling tools, etc.

Move quickly and efficiently throughout the warehouse to meet productivity targets.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of pick/pack or order selection experience in a physically demanding environment.
- Must have longevity with recent work history.

Ability to stand your feet for long periods and full range of motion.

Must have a positive attitude, be flexible, and willing to help in any area of the warehouse.

This is not a forklift position — it requires manual labor and fast-paced movement.

Must be dependable and team-focused.
