Express Employment Professionals is looking to build a pool of candidates for a Transformer Winder. In this position, you’ll play a key role in the production of electrical transformers by winding coils, operating winding machines, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wind coils for electrical transformers according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate and maintain winding machines and related equipment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve winding and machine operation issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in machine operation is required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of electrical components and systems is a plus.
