Warehouse Associate
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Schedule: Varies – 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, 10:30 AM–8:30 PM, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM/Finish
Pay: $18.00/hr+
About the Position:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a dynamic team known for their efficiency, reliability, and commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for logistics and inventory control, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an evaluation-to-hire role!
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices
• Accurately record and document received items in inventory management systems using an RF scanner
• Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and loading
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Schedule:
• Shifts: – 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM – 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM – 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM/Finish; Overtime is required as needed
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year recent warehouse receiving experience
• Proficient in RF scanner operation and inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communicator and team player
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexibility with shift availability
• Must provide two recent references verifying warehouse experience
• Drug screen (safety sensitive) and background check required
