Maintenance Assistant
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: $19–$22/hr
About the Position:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistants to join a team dedicated to keeping operations running smoothly. This role supports Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors by ensuring equipment is delivered on time, properly maintained, and operating at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform assigned activities under the supervision of Maintenance Technicians or Supervisors.

Complete low-level, noninvasive maintenance tasks.

Maintain assigned equipment according to CMMS standards, maintenance programs, and standard work processes.

Accurately record labor, materials, and maintenance history in business systems (work orders, parts usage, time tracking, etc.).

Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase asset utilization, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Comply with Division TLM standards and all safety procedures.

Assist with training and support of team members as needed.
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.

Dependable and motivated with a willingness to learn new skills.

Prior maintenance, mechanical, or equipment-handling experience preferred but not required.

Must pass drug screen and background check.
