Mechanical Technician
Pay Rate: $22-24.00/hr
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Technician responsible for maintaining equipment used on oilfield sites. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and committed to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain equipment per maintenance programs, reliability strategies, and CMMS requirements.
· Accurately record labor, parts, materials, and maintenance history in TLM systems.
· Follow TLM standards, policies, and safety guidelines.
· Support continuous improvement to reduce downtime, improve turnaround, and lower CoSD.
· Assist with CoSD projects, part reuse, failure investigations, and corrective actions.
· Help improve Maintenance Technician efficiency and meet TLM competency requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with prior maintenance or oilfield equipment repair experience preferred.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and standard work procedures.
- Detail-oriented, with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Dependable team player with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and development.
