Role Description We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will focus on developing new business opportunities, delivering compelling sales presentations to decision-makers and providing tailored workforce solutions. This role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering exceptional customer service, and collaborating closely with internal team to achieve sales goals and support company objectives. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and client presentations. Present Express services to decision-makers across a wide range of industries, consulting with clients to address hiring needs and deliver customized workforce solutions. Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships while expanding the existing book of business. Negotiate pricing, prepare service agreements, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction in partnership with recruiting and operations teams. Plan and manage daily schedules to effectively balance outreach to prospective and existing clients. Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals through business development and client-focused strategies. Demonstrate strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills in all client interactions. Skilled in cold calling both in person and over the phone, with persistence, resilience, and patience in overcoming rejection. Demonstrate ability to develop creative, outside-the-box solutions to achieve results Qualifications Reliable transportation and ability to travel within territory Ability to generate leads and build relationships through cold calling and prospecting Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to achieving and exceeding goals Pay: $40k Annually Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional attendance at community events outside regular hours.
