Job Title: Experienced Medical Receptionist
Location: Oklahoma City
Pay: $16.00/hour
Express Employment Professionals is looking for a reliable and experienced Medical Receptionist. The ideal candidate needs to have prior experience in a medical office setting, excellent and professional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning
- Communicate with medical staff and assist with office flow
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am to 5pm
Pay: $16.00/Hour
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is required
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
