Pay Rate: $17-$22/hr
Schedule: Varies, 1st and 2nd shift potential
Express Employment Professionals is creating a pool of skilled and detail-oriented mechanically inclined Oilfield Mechanical Assemblers that would be responsible for maintaining equipment used on oilfield sites. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and committed to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment per maintenance programs, reliability strategies, and CMMS requirements.
- Accurately record labor, parts, materials, and maintenance history in TLM systems
- Follow TLM standards, policies, and safety guidelines
- Support continuous improvement to reduce downtime, improve turnaround, and lower CoSD.
- Assist with CoSD projects, part reuse, failure investigations, and corrective actions.
- Help improve Maintenance Technician efficiency and meet TLM competency requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with prior maintenance or oilfield equipment repair experience preferred.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and standard work procedures.
- Detail-oriented, with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Dependable team player with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
