Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Industrial Facility Maintenance Technicians. Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as industrial machine maintenance, apartment maintenance, commercial facility maintenance, or similar hands-on technical roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
- Conduct plumbing maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
- Handle moderate HVAC maintenance, including filter changes, belt replacements, and basic diagnostics
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Respond to facility maintenance requests and support operational needs
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am to 4pm
Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial maintenance, machine maintenance, apartment maintenance, or commercial facility maintenance
- Strong hands-on skills in mechanical repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and basic HVAC
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
