Entry Level Business Developer – South OKC Metro
Pay: $19.23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We’re hiring an Entry Level Business Developer to bring in new business and support new and existing ones. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, being out in the field, and working toward clear, measurable goals. We’re looking for an entry-level motivated, people-focused individual who can help grow our client base, build strong relationships with local businesses, and is looking for a long-term career where they can grow and succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new businesses in person, by phone, and by email to introduce Express services.
- Meet with decision-makers to learn about their hiring needs
- Present Express’s services to decision-makers across a variety of industries
- Consult with decision makers to solve hiring and workforce needs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Work closely with our internal team to make sure clients receive consistent service
- Negotiate pricing and prepare service agreements
- Proactively plan your daily schedule to balance prospecting, client visits, and follow-ups
- Meet sales goals through consistent outreach and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and confident working with performance targets
- Demonstrate strong personal accountability by consistently meeting expectations, hitting goals, and delivering results
- Interest or experience in sales, cold calling, and lead generation
- Clear and confident communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
- Enjoys building relationships and helping businesses solve problems
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to actively collaborate with the inside team to identify and target key businesses
- Develop innovative, outside-the-box strategies that set you apart and support both winning and retaining business
- Reliable transportation to visit clients within the territory
