Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Tech to join our clients team in Okc, Oklahoma. For Apartment Maintenance Tech , you will be responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks, including general cleaning, landscaping, maintenance, and other assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in various aspects of maintenance, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is in optimal condition.
- Perform make-ready tasks for new tenants, including repairs, painting, and cleaning.
- Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and functional environment.
- Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in maintenance and make-ready tasks.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to travel as required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
