Custodian – Medical Clinic
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and bilingual Custodian to maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized medical clinic. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to help provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the clinic.
- Clean and disinfect patient areas, offices, waiting rooms, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean and maintain breakrooms and other shared spaces.
- Wipe down surfaces and frequently touched areas.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform additional custodial duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean environment.
- Must follow all clinic safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
