Job Full Description
We are seeking a dependable CDL Class A Driver for a local/regional opportunity in the Grove/Vinita area. This position is ideal for a professional driver who prioritizes safety and is looking for a role that offers a strong work-life balance (Home Daily/Weekly).
Key Responsibilities:

Transportation: Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations to deliver goods to customers or job sites.

Inspections: Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; document and report any maintenance needs immediately.

Compliance: Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) in strict accordance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Loading/Unloading: Assist with or oversee the securement of loads (strapping, chaining, or tarping) and ensure weight distribution is within legal limits.

Customer Service: Act as a professional representative of the company when interacting with warehouse staff and clients.
Qualifications:

License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean MVR.

Experience: 1–2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience is preferred.

Endorsements: Tanker, HazMat, or Doubles/Triples endorsements are a plus but not always required.

Compliance: Must have a current DOT Medical Card and be registered in the DOT Clearinghouse.

Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with securing loads.
