Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a dynamic production and logistics environment in the Grove/Vinita area. This role is responsible for the accurate flow of materials into and out of our facility, ensuring that every shipment is verified, documented, and ready for on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Incoming Logistics: Unload trucks and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders. Inspect all items for damage and record discrepancies.

Outgoing Operations: Pack, seal, and label products for shipment. Generate bills of lading (BOL), shipping labels, and customs documentation where required.

Inventory Control: Use RF scanners and ERP/WMS software to log inventory movements and maintain real-time stock accuracy.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials to designated storage areas.

Vendor Coordination: Engage with freight drivers and vendors with a professional attitude to ensure smooth pickup and delivery schedules.
Qualifications:

Experience: 1+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient with computer data entry; experience with shipping software (FedEx/UPS/DHL) or ERP systems (like SAP or Epicor) is a plus.

Physical: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
