Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, rack, un‑rack, or move aerospace components through various processing steps (e.g., paint prep, blasting, masking).
• Follow shop paperwork, work instructions, and specifications for each part and customer requirement.
• Perform visual checks, basic inspections, and part handling with a focus on safety and precision.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety and environmental procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and workflow requirements.
