Pay: DOE

Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD/CAM files
Program CNC machines (G‑code/M‑code) or make program adjustments as needed
Select appropriate tools, speeds, feeds, and fixtures
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Maintain tight tolerances and ensure quality standards are met
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain accurate production and inspection records
