We are seeking motivated and dependable Paving Crew Members to join our team. Ideal candidates are hardworking, safety-conscious, and willing to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and repairs
- Operate basic paving tools and equipment (rakes, shovels, rollers)
- Work alongside equipment operators and crew leaders
- Load and unload materials
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow safety rules and company procedures
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work long hours during peak season
- Asphalt or construction experience preferred, but not required
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience with asphalt paving or concrete work
- CDL or ability to operate heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license
