Customer Support and Website Support Associate.
This role combines customer service (phone orders, email support) with occasional creative and technical tasks (Updating product images, graphics and website content)
The ideal candidate is friendly and professional with customers while also confident using technology. Experience with Adobe photoshop or illustrator is not required but very helpful in supporting product updates and marketing efforts.
