Responsibilities

• Operate power washers to clean buildings, sidewalks, decks, fences, and other surfaces
• Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, masking, and cleaning)
• Apply paint, stain, or sealants using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Safely set up and break down equipment, ladders, and work areas
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment properly
• Assist with basic site cleanup and material handling
• Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, humidity)
• Experience with power washing and basic painting preferred (training may be provided)
• Dependable transportation to job sites
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction, painting, or property maintenance
• Familiarity with pressure washing equipment
• Basic knowledge of surface prep and paint application
