Job Full Description

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi‑axis)
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Make minor machine offsets and adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• CNC operating experience preferred 
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Basic understanding of G‑code a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to  stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
