Administrative Assistant

Express Employment Professionals is searching for a service minded, Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative support needs for one of our top clients. This role works internally with management, as well as other office staff, on a daily and weekly basis to meet goals and deadlines.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greet visitors
• Answer multiple phone lines
• Schedule Appointments
• Filing
• Other office related tasks

Job Requirements:

• Starting at $13-15/hr. DOE
• 40 hrs./wk.
• Data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Team oriented
• Vehicle and DL required for mail and errand runs
