Job Full Description
- Material Handling: Move raw materials, components, and finished products to and from storage, production areas, or shipping docks, using manual methods or equipment such as forklifts and carts
- Assembly and Production: Assist in assembling products, operating machinery, and following production line instructions to meet daily output goals
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, ensure compliance with specifications, and remove defective items from the production line
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance, clean machinery, and report malfunctions to supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to safety protocols, and wear protective gear as required
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other laborers, supervisors, and production staff to achieve production targets and maintain workflow efficiency
