Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a local manufacturing facility. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for repairs and maintenance of machines, mechanical equipment to ensure smooth operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of any electrical systems plant wide.
- Inspecting equipment, structures, or material.
- Servicing, repairing, adjusting and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical principles
- Perform all types of plant maintenance with working knowledge of all types of hand and power tools.
- Troubleshoot and repair machines.
- Can be assigned other tasks by supervisor when necessary.
Pay: $19.00-$27.00/Hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 4:00PM-4:00AM, Monday-Friday
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of industrial maintenance experience
- VOTECH or other industry related training experience preferred
- Must be able to climb, lift, balance, walk, and handle materials for long periods of time
- Able to communicate, cooperate and work well with others
- Must be able to do work according to current safety regulations
- Must be dependable; excellent attendance required.
