Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Business Developer to support our local office. As a Business Developer, you will work within a defined territory connecting with local businesses to offer hiring solutions.
Essential Functions
- Assist companies with understanding how Express can help them in areas of Employment. Leadership, and Human Resources.
- Research and prospect for new business
- Call on the existing book of business
- Interacts directly with clients throughout all phases of the sales process
- Establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential sales outlets
- Negotiate prices and prepare agreements
Pay: $45,000-$50,000/ Annually DOE + Monthly Commission
Schedule: 8:00AM- 5:00PM Monday - Friday
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Driven and Goal-oriented
- HS Diploma or GED
