Office Manager
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM + rotating Saturdays (4‑hour shift)
Pay: $25.00 per hour

About the Role
Express Employment Professionals are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to support our manufacturing operations. This is a long-term position for a professional who brings strong accounting knowledge, hands-on QuickBooks Desktop experience, and the ability to improve processes—not just perform data entry.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a solid understanding of GAAP principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations for a manufacturing environment
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise for accounting, billing, and financial tasks
- Apply and explain GAAP accounting principles in daily work
- Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective procedures
- Learn, adapt to, and master new software or internal systems
- Support leadership with reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Maintain clear, professional communication across departments
- Ensure accuracy in financial records and office documentation
Qualifications
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise preferred)
- Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting practices
- Ability to perform more than basic data entry; must understand accounting logic and workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing office settings is a plus
