Retail Associate – Stocking Shelves
Location: Sisters, Oregon
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Pay Rate: $19.00
Hours: 20-40
Job Summary:
The Retail Associate – Stocking Shelves is responsible for ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked, organized, and displayed on the sales floor. This role supports store operations by maintaining inventory levels, assisting customers, and keeping the store clean and orderly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload deliveries and stock shelves with new merchandise.
- Ensure products are fronted, faced, and rotated according to store standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering basic inquiries.
- Set up promotional displays and signage as directed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or stocking experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
