Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company’s vision and market opportunities.
- Client Engagement:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure and retain key accounts.
- Market Insight:
Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to continually refine sales strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated multimedia campaigns that resonate with our diverse clientele.
- Performance Management:
Monitor sales activity and performance metrics to provide actionable insights, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustained success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in multimedia, agency or related sales roles, with a demonstrable record of leadership and achieving sales targets.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- A deep understanding of multimedia channels, digital marketing trends, and client engagement strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
