Assessment Technician 2

Full-time, long-term position $20.65/HR

Responsibilities:

• Assist the public in person, on the phone and my letter
• Analyze, monitor and oversee the processing of assigned programs for changes and exemptions
• Coordinate, process, and oversee assigned front office functions
• Prepare and process all document scanning
• Calculate values based on reports
• Keep current on relevant literature
• Assist in setting up and maintaining accounts, providing communication with the different departments

Requirements:

• Must be skilled in mathematical computations
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Office equipment and devices
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
• Make decisions independently in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Work independently and meet established timelines
• Meet and deal effectively with other employees
• Read and comprehend associated documents and records
