Sawmill position in the Roseburg area on a swing shift!
Full-time/Long-term
Wage: $17.00 Hourly
Shift: Swing - 4:00 pm - 3:30 am/Monday-Thursday (occasional Fridays)
Sawmill associate will be responsible for operating several different machines in sawmill to mill wood into a variety of different sizes. Physical labor/machinery include; edge picker, stacker operator, stick tender, trash gate, lug loader, bad end puller, paper wrap, ability to stand for duration of shift with frequently lifting/bending/twisting movements. Responsible for straightening boards as they come down the chain to avoid jams. Prior millwork experience is preferred and recent labor experience is required.
