Customer Service

Monday-Friday

$15+/Hr (DOE)

 

 

Expectations:

General office duties

• Answering and returning phone calls
• Answering and returning emails
• Assisting customers in the showroom, on the phone, via email or in any other aspect of communication
• Computer skills; must be able to use basic computer and software programs

Sense of Interior Design

• Must learn product lines; various types of flooring along with lighting
• Must be supportive of customer selections but offering guidance and color matching
• Have a sense of design and good direction; good eye for coordination and style
