Job Full Description
Currently seeking a maintenance technician to work in Roseburg.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Routine building maintenance
- Life-safety and security alarm systems
- Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and lighting
- Coordination with external vendors for maintenance facilities
- Emergency restoration
- Utilities, telephone, internet connectivity
- Minor repair
- Removing or moving furniture or equipment
- On-call response to building emergencies and restoration management
- Light landscaping support
- Ability to lift up to and carry 50lbs, bend, stoop and twist
Full-Time and Long Term Opportunity
Day Shift and Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
$17.00/Hr-$20.00/Hr (DOE)
