Skilled Construction Laborer
Help restore the peace of mind to customers during their time of stress and unknown outcomes.
Day Shift and Monday-Friday
(some overtime and/or weekends depending on schedule, on-call schedule when fully trained)
$20.00+/Hr (DOE)
This position would be best for someone who likes working with their hands, being on-the-go, and never having the same day twice. Experience Required; previous construction, framing, carpentry, painting, and/or similar job duties.
Job Duties and Expectations:
- Perform hands-on property damage repair to include drywall, painting, framing, texturing, flooring, baseboards, and finish work.
- Complete assigned jobs according to company processes while maintain quality control of each job.
- Must be able to wear a respirator and all safety gear when the job conditions warrants.
- Capture photo and video evidence and record data related to the project during various phases; manage appropriate documentation files using an app.
- Set, monitor and document equipment used on projects to ensure its efficient and safe use; must maintain supplies and equipment.
- Great customer services skills with great verbal and written communication skills.
Must have an Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
