Client Services Coordinator
Full time, $19.25
What We Need in This Position
A highly organized, client-centered administrative professional who can lead day-to-day front desk operations, ensure consistent intake workflows, train and support front desk staff, and maintain high-quality service standards. This role coordinates client access activities but does not formally supervise staff.
Skills & Qualifications We’re Looking For
- Advanced customer service and communication skills
- Strong leadership presence without formal authority
- Experience in front desk operations, client services, or administrative coordination
- Ability to train and coach others
- Strong judgment and ability to de-escalate or triage client needs
- Excellent accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Comfort using structured intake workflows and learning new systems
- Experience in community services, housing, social services, or healthcare front desk work is highly valued
