Job Full Description
This position handles incoming telephone calls, email responses, voicemail checks throughout the day, and occasional in-person customer support. Most communication is web-based, via email, and by phone, with limited face-to-face interaction.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts)
- Training period (first 3 months): 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Post-training: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Interact directly with customers via phone, email, web channels, or in person
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, questions, and complaints
- Collect and assess information to resolve issues effectively
- Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate team member or department
- Document inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
- Coordinate with internal departments as needed
- Follow up on customer interactions to confirm resolution
- Process product returns
