Job Full Description
Tasting Room Associate
Part time, $18-$20/DOE
Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays 11am-6pm
- Greeting guests with enthusiasm
- Leading educational tastings
- Provide excellent service to build brand loyalty
- Actively sell wine, merchandise, and encourage sign-ups for wine club memberships
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the winery’s history, vineyards, and winemaking
- Handle POS transactions, process shipments, and perform daily opening/closing procedures
- Keep the tasting room clean and well-stocked
- Update social media and digital marketing
- Event management
- Must have food handlers card and OLCC pouring license
