Showroom | Shipping and Receiving Associate
Monday-Friday
Day Shift | 7:30A-4:30P
$20.00+/Hr (DOE)
This associate will work between the warehouse location and the showroom location; within their close proximity distance. Must be able to perform both sides of the job functions and able to split their work week between the two locations.
Showroom Job Duties:
- Data Entry; must be able to utilize company laptop and work within their specific software (training available), work with pricing data, and other aspects of tracking inventory.
- Match inventory to orders.
- Update frequent changes to pricing.
- Any other job duties assigned.
Warehouse Job Duties:
- Receive shipments of various types and carefully inspect each lighting product prior to shelving
- Use forklift to load flooring and tile materials including carpet (with 12' stinger attachment) to place items neatly in racks in compact warehouse.
- Use pallet jack and load material by hand as needed on customer truck or trailer.
- Label Orders with legible handwriting on blue tape per job and place on pallets for contractor pickup.
- Data Entry; must be able to utilize company laptop and work within their specific software (training available), work with pricing data, and other aspects of tracking inventory.
- Learn product parts and pieces names and precise location in warehouse.
- Work Independently as needed.
- Keep warehouse clean, neat, and organized.
- Any other job duties assigned.
Must have a valid Oregon Driver License with a clean background; must be insurable by company’s standards.
