Full-cycle Bookkeeper needed for local company,
Full time, Monday through Friday
8am-5pm
$21-$26/HR DOE
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded correctly
- Bring books to trial balance
- Complete tax forms
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll
- Oversee and help prepare quarterly reports including W-2’s and 1096 yearend forms
- Prepare monthly financial statements from C21system
- Prepare final year-end financial reports for accounting firm to file final corporate taxes
