Job Full Description

Front Office

Part time, $18/HR

Monday through Friday, 1pm-5pm

• Great visitors warmly, verify identification, and have patients complete intake
• Book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments to optimizer provider time
• Answer multi-line phone calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
• Verify patient insurance
• Collect co-pays, and process payments
• Can information to medical charts
• Must have strong computer skills
