Job Overview:

A local Salem food manufacturing company is hiring a Pressing Machine Operator to join their team. This full-time position offers a steady work schedule and competitive pay in a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a semi-automated filling line, ensuring accurate product filling

• Perform quality assurance checks and follow product handling procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the filling area

• Assemble boxes and prepare finished products for packaging/shipping

• Lift up to 20 lbs consistently and remain on your feet for an 8-hour shift

• Move comfortably—twisting, bending, pulling, squatting, kneeling, climbing stairs

Shift & Pay:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Hourly Rate: $16.50 per hour
