Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Dallas, Oregon
Job Type: Full-Time - M-F
Pay- $18.00 - $20.00

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining system operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a Limited Energy Technician License.
- Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with energy-efficient and eco-friendly HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with smart home HVAC technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- HVAC Contractor Licensing issued by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board is a plus.
