Office Coordinator – Customer Relations & Administrative Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Partner Interaction – Handle phone inquiries professionally and ensure timely responses

  • Appointment Coordination – Schedule service visits for customers and authorized dealers

  • Document Management – Maintain and organize company files for efficiency

  • Shipping Oversight – Process shipments through UPS, USPS, and FedEx

  • Office Maintenance – Keep the workspace organized and manage general housekeeping tasks

  • Team Collaboration – Support sales representatives with order and delivery management

  • Data Management – Input and maintain accurate records

  • General Administrative Support – Assist the team with additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least one year of office experience in a professional administrative setting

  • Technical proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and QuickBooks

  • Strong communication skills for effective written and verbal interactions

  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to exceptional client, dealer, and vendor support
